The Sessions at Abbey Road

This is a must see for any Beatles fan, and indeed for any fan of music or music production! The Sessions, a Live restaging of the Beatles at Abbey Road Studios, gives an insight into where the Beatles songs actually came from. For the first time you can experience what it was like to be there. Featuring a massive 66 Beatles songs performed live (either in part or in whole) by outstanding musicians and produced by a world class team overseen by legendary recording engineer Geoff Emerick, who worked on three of The Beatles’ albums at Abbey Road studios.
This is a unique musical experience not to be missed and that is why it makes our top 5.
Foil Arms and Hog
Where: The Civic Theatre
When: 2nd of April
One of Ireland’s up and coming comedy gems, this trio will have you in stitches with their sketches. Foil Arms and Hog, of Youtube fame and coming fresh off their sell out runs at the Dublin and Edinburgh Fringe festivals, present their new show: ‘SkiddlyWup’at the…. their most critically acclaimed show to date, it showcases a hilarious blend of ‘bizarre, surreal and hilarious comedy scenes with outrageous characters and unexpected twists’. Leinster V Munster in the Guinness pro-12,

When: 2nd of April
Leinster face Munster in Aviva Stadium on 2nd April in a crucial Guinness PRO12 game. The 39 Steps
Where: The Gaiety Theatre
When: 29th March- 2nd April
This weekend marks your last chance to see The 39 Steps in The Gaiety Theatre. This famous West End show is Based on Alfred Hitchcock’s 1935 movie and John Buchan’s 1914 spy thriller The Thirty-Nine Steps and was adapted for the stage by Patrick Barlow, THE 39 STEPS will run at the Gaiety Theatre from 29 March – 2 April.
