1. Visit the little Museum of Dublin:
Locating in the heart of the city, facing Stephen’s Green, this little museum is an absolute gem. Chock full of history about our lovely city, it boasts rooms dedicated to Irish movies, bands, pastimes, and even food! This would be an ideal place to stroll around hand in hand with someone this Valentine's. Tickets are €7.
2. Afternoon tea at the Merrion Hotel
This one is a little bit pricier but well worth it if you want to impress an art lover in your life. The afternoon tea itself is inspired by art pieces within the hotel. Eat the art and warm your heart! (and hopefully theirs too). Prices are €90 pp.
Download the parkbytext App for quick easy and convenient parking!
3. Jumpzone
This deadly place is sure to have you bouncing straight into someone’s affections! With locations in Sandyford and Santry, Jumpzone has wall to wall trampolines that guarantee a day of laughs and craic. Would recommend for those who don’t take themselves too seriously! Prices from €12
4. Phoenix Park cycle
Rent a couple of bikes and cycle through our world- famous Phoenix Park! Would recommend for cyclists of all levels because the park is mostly lovely and flat (thank god). There is a lot to see and take in so it would be a good idea to pack a little picnic, and don’t forget the water bottles!
5. Visit IMMA
Art seems to be a theme here, but its sure hard to beat when one wants to inspire romance! The Irish Museum of Modern Art houses a wide range of both eclectic and stunning works. The real beauty however, lies outside in the grounds of the museum. Be sure to take your time and really enjoy this truly beautiful park! It’s free to visit and would be an ideal place to go this valentine’s if you are stuck for last minute ideas.
